Showit Subscription Required

A current and active Showit or subscription is required to use any template purchased through the Showit Design Market. Without a Showit subscription, the design cannot be accessed or utilized. Users may access and start using a design while in a Showit trial but will not be able to publish the design until a subscription has been started.

Customer License

The following terms apply to the Simple by Showit, Monstera by Showit, Fortitude by Showit & Cartera by Showit designs available in the Showit app:

• May be used for personal or commercial websites.
• May be used in whole or in part for resale.
• Derivative works, custom designs, and designs to be sold as templates should start from this design or approved Designer Starter Templates.

The following terms apply to all free designs available in the store and/or preloaded into the Showit app (excluding the Simple design):

• May be used for personal or commercial websites.
• May not be sub-licensed, resold, shared, transferred, or otherwise redistributed on its own, in whole or in part (even for free).
• May not be used in a product offered for resale where the item contributes to the core value of the product being sold.

The following terms apply to all premium (paid) designs sold in the store:

• May be used for personal or commercial websites.
• Limited for use within one (1) Showit account.
• May not be sub-licensed, resold, shared, transferred, or otherwise redistributed on its own, in whole or in part (even for free).
• May not be used in a product offered for resale where the item contributes to the core value of the product being sold.

Digital Purchases

Design purchases are auto installed into the user’s account that is logged in at purchase. Because we sell digital products on behalf of third-party design providers, all digital product sales are final.
